Really feels like they're setting up for some major story development (the ultimate goal being to change the patriarchy / misogynyst society). The demon lord defeat is just step one in their dream for changing the world.

The panty thief section was kind of stupid, lol. It's kind of weird that Haru's one section so far feels the most superfluous (I suppose they're building up how much she knows Chiba as a person, building up that friendship angle a bit more; don't know if they'll ship them in the future, probably not, just maybe building up that they'll adventure together or something?).

Priestess getting a lot of play in this one.

I just noticed the v4 p1 synopsis is mistakenly the text for v3.

@sniper_samurai I have to agree. In the first place, it was TSR that got me really interested in the novels. Not saying the novel was bad, but I think TSR handled the opening emotional build-up better too.

@harmlessdave yeah the supernatural elements help a lot to make an harem ending a plausibile and desiderable outcome. It also helps that the author never gave Rekka any special development with any of the heroines so him realizing that they are all special and irreplaceable is a logical conclusion. Too bad author decided too keep Rekka dense untile the very end instead, I can't help but think that the last arc with the reveal that the war was due to Yuuhi's meddling was the answer to how to give the series a conclusion without a romantic resolution.

@eternal-wanderer Yeah, but Myucel knows is not real. Now the question is who, if anyone, is going to "rescue" Shinichi from Elvia. Yeah, Minori will preserve his chastity (unless it's Garius).

Not sure what to make of this ending, although I wouldn't compare it to the hot mess that is Evangelion. I got more of a "You can't change your destiny." sort of feel from it. Felt a bit sorry for Hirochi, but that only goes back to that destiny feeling. It's been a good journey.

@harunachiep I remember it was said that JK Haru paved the road for Crest of The Stars to be licensed.

Found an error we missed in part 10 of the pre-pub and a few from the extras that made it to the released version. They have been submitted to support.

I can't even begin to think what's gonna happen between Diablo (the king of elves) and Lyferia's king. We'll just have to wait and see...

@Eternal-Wanderer Yeah, this volume was only 259 pages. Quite shorter compared to the initial volumes with an average of 350+ pages. And the previous ones with 300+ pages. Volume 11 has 300 pages again, but volume 12 is just as short: 268 pages.
