A light novel about a Japanese guy reincarnated as an aristocrat. Since he can't inherit his family's land, he along with some other guys who also aren't eligible for inheritances develop their own fief. Its about a hard working mc and things don't come easy. They have to procure everything they need and attract people to inhabit their territory. I believe building from scratch makes territory development stories great vis a vis inheriting an established land. Therefore, I think the novel should be licensed.
