    @terrence
Wow, 18-20 more days. Little bit of a letdown. Hopefully they have some LNs announcments, whether it be new licenses or vol 2 releases...

Our translator here for Infinite Dendrogram and Sorcerous Stabber Orphen is working on a project for Sol Press.

DistantValhalla: Make sure to keep your eyes peeled at the end of the month! That's right, folks, it's time to work with yet another company. I'll be at Kumoricon with Sol Press finally unveiling another one of my projects! What could it be? What form of media might it be? Find out soon!

Hmm, Light Novel or Visual Novel... Or maybe they're starting their manga too (I think there's been a portal on their site since launch)? Hmmm.

Sounds like visual novel and light novel focus in their main industry panel.

There is a late night 18+ panel as well. Unsure if they'll hold some stuff for that or no.

If they announce new LN series before v2 of their existing series...

@legitpancake @TUSF I think both of the LN Series they liscensed were one hit blunders that didn't make it. Weren't both of them tie in novels to VNs?

No, Strongest Gamer had two volumes in Japan, Battle Divas had three.

I haven't read Battle Divas (and no way am I going to considering how badly they bungled Strongest Gamer), but it seems obvious that Strongest Gamer must have been canceled after the second volume because the first volume was definitely not setting up a two volume series.

Battle Divas definitely seems like it should be more than 3 volumes. They give the amount of Divas in volume 1, and I remember thinking they'd really have to squeeze some in and not develop some to have them all appear and the story wrapped by volume 3.

Is there a way to tell between whether something has been cancelled or if the author just dropped it?

I didn't realize that there were more than one volume for each, I just remember reading that Sam figured they picked the series they did since they were going to be less of a risk to translate since both series were cancelled already.
Guess I had assumed both were one shots.

One more LN announced (I missed the trailer, it had Meta in the title).

Distribution Platform for LN, VN, Manga, etc. First major distribution platform dedicated to Otaku interests across publishers and not tied to a more broad content platform (at least that's the intention). Definitely the first of its kind in the VN space stateside.

I am more looking forward to there other title, Redefining the Meta at VRMMO Academy, but the demon Lord title sounds interesting too, & man was I happy when I looked at my tweeter account & saw the announcement for Strongest gamer volume 2

                            Night conference (18+) is live:

Nothing too major, just a few more VN announced (one of them looked colorful + apparently "gritty" in its second trailer).

I missed the trailer for Battle Divas. Hope it goes up at some point on YouTube.

@rootbeermaster The problem is that V2 came out February 25, 2016. There is no V3 published for Strongest Gamer, neither any news about it.

It looks like an interesting series, too, which is too bad. Does anyone know if there is any WN for it? Or is it LN only? I haven't been able to find any WN.

Xev apparently said on 4chan that it'd be a manga.

Sol Press has a license request survey link now (it's like Bookwalker's, except it has individual pages for Light Novel, Manga, and Visual Novel licenses).

                                      https://twitter.com/SolPressUSA/status/1058105442465771520?s=20

Make sure to grab Amazon links for those book requests, and VNDB links for the Visual Novel games.

It seems like you can submit multiple requests, just go through the survey, finish, and then there's a link on the page after you're done to submit another survey.
