Have been reading this jp novel for a while n the guy who translate isn't doing a good job at it how can I requested j-novel for translating an putting it on Amazon or on the Nook Books?

Most people just submit their requests to the old Novel Request Thread. It doesn't guarantee that what you want will be licensed though so don't get your hopes sky-high.
