Getting the epubs at the same time as Amazon/Kobo

Is it possible to fix this? Happened quite a few times already.

Outbreak Company 2 is available in Kobo and Amazon for immediate delivery to Kindle/Kobo, but in J-Novel is "Available Now" but when you go to library it isn't.

Unlikely to happen for all titles, as the addition of additional content like side stories often slightly delays the premium epubs.

Now if the download button would only appear once the Epub is on the server, that would be progress.

@jaquobus Well, to be fair, the download button is not there. It should be where the "Download available Feb 2nd" should be.
