Same problem here, bought the book today at around 12pm (GMT+1) and it's just the preview.

Okay, I'm going to deal with it now.
Final version has now been properly updated. I'm not sure how long or how Kobo will go about making the update available, you might have to call up their customer service. I'll email them about the error and see if they can't do a manual push email or something to the ~30 people affected. -
Similar issue - Realist Hero 4 is missing from the iBooks store.
When I click the link, the page doesn't load on iPhone. On Mac, I get this error message.
The item you've requested is not currently available in the U.S. store.

@selve iBooks and Kobo should both be available now (Kobo should have forced updated yours, so just redownload or sync you device), and iBooks should be available on the store in no more than a few hours.
