Can't buy credits

I can't buy credits to buy books with. My card on file was due to expire so I don't know if that affected it. But this is still a problem even after I changed the card.

@nightowl if your card lapsed your subscription may have lapsed as well.
See if you can access any of the prepubs part of the subscription if you can’t that means your subscription lapsed and that’s why you can’t purchase credits.
If you can still read prepubs Buy can’t buy credits you should just wait for Sam to see this post or email him directly.

In my case this is what I'm seeing: "Purchase your premium credit for $0?". Also can't buy credits.
Been like this for two weeks now and my card isn't about to expire anytime soon.

Are you putting a number in the grey box? The credit page was updated to let you buy multiple credits at once so you need to enter a number for the amount you want to buy. The blue purchase button will then show how much you will pay and you can buy by clicking the blue button as normal.
