        @Tcatsbay the mobile app doesn't have any form of payment method option available I believe. From the website it is on the "membership" page inside your user profile.

            You can thank the app store for that. If they do anything payment related inside the app, the app store takes a large cut of it.

              You'll be able to buy coins from the app whenever they get around to approving the update that's been pending for what sounds like months.

                @pcj The whole reason for LNs being 699 coins and manga 899 coins is literally because app payments are coming soon. The stores for whatever reason require everything to end in 99 cents.

                  You can blame the US market and "Left-digit bias" for that.


                  Basically, People tend to truncate money values instead of rounding, so $6.99 gets read as $6.—— instead of $7.00.

                  Then, that became practically the market standard in the US... and naturally carried over to digital transactions...
                  But dealing with potentially random values sounded like a pain, so they locked in to only <whole number - 1 cent> values.

                    Right, they're willing to take the cut on those now. I imagine it'll use the app store payment method.
