I'm currently trying to read the latest Ascendance of a Bookworm book, which says it's currently streaming.

I bought coins and bought the book with them, which I thought would give me access to the parts that've been released for streaming (all of them, as far as I can tell), but I still can't read past the first part of the book, even though when buying it it clearly says 'Includes access to streaming parts without a subscription!'

I decided I'd get a subscription so I could see the rest of the book, but even after doing so I can't read past part 1 of the book.

Not really sure what's going on, but at the moment I've spent money on coins, bought a book which hasn't actually given me access to the book, then got membership to try and access the book, and can still only read part 1. Right now I feel like I've been scammed.

If anyone can help it'd be much appreciated.

@Christopher-Field-y81ovdj just want to confirm, you're referring to Part 4 Volume 8?
Very strange, my membership is letting me read it (have yet to preorder). Can you check if logging out and back in does anything? (there's some weirdness with an expired certification despite being logged in which I wouldn't have thought would apply here AFAIK, but still best to double check).

Yea logging out and then back in should be the first troubleshooting step. You don’t need a subscription to read prepubs for volumes you bought though, if you want to cancel the subscription and get a refund the support email may be able to help you.

Just like restarting a program or rebooting your computer are common "first steps".
