Problem with a Duplicate Account

Hello, I subscribed to j-novel club recently. I accessed the forum by using the direct link and it seemed to have created a forum account for me. However, it seems to have created two, Leotamer and Leotamer 0, and whenever I try to access the forum through the direct link, it signs me into the Leotamer 0 account. This is a problem because I don't have membership access on this account. I have attempted to logout and manually sign in, but I could not do so using either my email or the leotamer user name. Can you please assist me with this issue?
