      I am trying to subscribe, but when I press the subscribe button, "Payment for this subscription requires additional user action before it can be completed successfully. Payment can be completed using the PaymentIntent associated with subscription.latest_invoice. Additional information is available here: https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/overview#requires-action", comes up.

      I have enabled 3D secure via my bank, but that still does not work.

      Any clue on what I should do?

        @fernan142-0 You'll want to email JNC directly about this support@j-novel.club as it's an account/payment issue. If the problem is 3D secure though I don't believe it's implemented on JNC's end yet, so you may need to wait for the payment system overhaul.

          @fernan142-0 Great news if you happen to have this option available. Google and Apple pay methods are now available if you load the web site on your mobile device. This could get you around the issue you are having if JNC support hasn't gotten back to you with an alternative solution.
