New Part Release Alerts

Would it be possibly to get an alert when new content is released for series that we are following when we have the app installed? For instance, some kind of notification bell at 5 eastern tonight when the next part of Landmines is pushed out. Obviously not a big deal as I can always set repeating alarms or calendar reminders that would be accurate 90% of the time, just a nice quality of life feature.
Perhaps a similar feature could be introduced for announcing when the new Catch-Up series are announced each month (so we aren't checking the site on the east coast all day). Or perhaps setting up a newsletter to send out an email to those that opt-in once the Catch-Up rolls over?

While a permanent solution would be nice, here's the current work-a-round:
- Go to @myskaros's profile page and press the plus sing to "follow" (they typically post the catch-ups).
- Go to your forum settings -> Notifications -> When someone you follow posts a topic -> set this to get notifications, either through the forum or via email.
