Fraction of a Galaxy is still the one that gets me. I don't know any Light Novels with star in the title. From Sam saying it's not Planet. I'm concluding it's most likely a star in the title.
There was actually one on the list of Hobby Japan titles I looked through that I considered for this hint, "Seven Stars no Inkoku Tsukai" (セブンスターズの印刻使い). I know absolutely nothing about it, other than the fact "7 stars" could count as a fraction of a galaxy.

@sparhawk6 If you're referring to the Rakudai stuff with "lots of people". There was a bunch of people in the suggestion thread going on about it and I'd think it would be nice also the hint does make sense. It's also a new license from a new publisher referring to Sam's "It's not going to be long before you'll see more publishers" comment.

Sukutte Moratte Ii desu ka? or Seichou Cheat de Nandemo Dekiru you ni Natta ga, Mushoku dake wa Yamerarenai you desu or Tsujou Kougeki ga Zentai Kougeki de 2-kai Kougeki no Okaasan wa Suki desu ka? or maybe Uchi no Musume no Tame naraba, Ore wa Moshikashitara Maou mo Taoseru kamo Shirenai. haha, long titles. And about not Isekai, that is pretty wide range :D

@hatguy12 I was actually about to mention that one too.
And Vampire/Lord ~Kunrinsuru wa, Shuuen no Kenou~ (ヴァンパイア/ロード ~君臨するは、終焉の賢王~) made think of the Fractal hint, maybe because of the cover but it's a pretty random guess.
There was also another pretty long title, Inochigake no Game ni Makikomareta node Kirai na Yatsu wo Norinori de Kattapa kara Koroshite Yaru Koto ni Shita (命がけのゲームに巻き込まれたので嫌いな奴をノリノリで片っ端から殺してやることにした). -
@Fezu alright I am officially placing all of my hopes into Rakudai, if it isn't Rakudai then I will have to travel to an isekai where the license was Rakudai
That seems like the easiest thing to do.

About fractal hint, maybe Blood Sign (mitou shoukan) ?

Fractal hint is either a super long running series or a time travel/loop series. A Dengeki series would've been neat though!

@Fezu Fractal? It can be actually question to butler in Blood Sign LN, if I remember well, his name was Fractal. Sam, you must love this torture :D
I will be really happy for Rakudai. And also for long title, Shuumatsu Nani Shitemasu ka? Isogashii desu ka? Sukutte Moratte Ii desu ka? will makes me really happy, this LN broke my heart, but still it is so good story!
Hmm, for fraction of the galaxy, maybe a LN Heavy Object? -

I'm kinda surprised there is no link to the "announcements" page anywhere on the home page... I digress though.
In regards to these hints:
Fractal can also mean expanding symmetry like how a snowflake works, or the creation of chaotic phenomena, like how a galaxy is formed. The thing that throws me off about this hint though is the "?" tacked on with Fractal.
At least it's not an Isekai phrasing does seem to imply something like an isekai. So I think everyone thoughts on a fantasy like genre is probably pretty spot on. I don't know how this could be narrowed down though...
Long Title #6249 for some reason makes me think of one of the anime's being simulcast this season. I think the shorthand is Suka Suka? That said, there was a couple of ANN articles over the past few months that talked about really long title names. I think the "6249" is either representing the novel series, or it's a random number which could in fact also be a hint in itself. Just a random thought but maybe 6249 stands for June 2nd - April 9th? Or some variation signifying starting publish date to end.
Fraction of a Galaxy... a piece...of a galaxy?... Yeah I got nothing.
Sorry I'm not much of a guesser but I did want to give my own interpretation to open up potential avenues for others that are stronger suited to this.

Seriously. I'm having withdrawal symptoms after Oregairu got licensed, and we wait for translation of last arc for a decade. lol....Also the clues are too hard. My guess:
- Mitou Shoukan://Blood Sign
- Lol, that's not a damn clue at all.
- Shomin Sample: I Was Abducted by an Elite All-Girls School as a Sample Commoner. (well, I wish) But again that is not a god damn clue at all!
- Moretsu Pirates?

I know it's not technically a light novel. But Crest of the Stars comes to mind for the fraction of a galaxy hint. Probably just wishful thinking though.

@sparhawk6 Probably going to be within 1-2 weeks+ of the first two titles then another 1-2 weeks+ for the next two. At least that's how the last ones' were.

The "At least it's not an isekai" combined with the first 3 being isekais seems to imply that the other 3 hints are also isekais.

@SirPaper Speaking my language. Would fucking love OSO as it's one of the series I've re-read the most. Fan-translations are pretty much dead for it at the moment.
