Actually there's evidence against that, specifically for the Bookworm Fanbook. It started prepub on the 5th of March as per the first post in volume thread, but was announced as licensed on the 23rd of February based on this post in the licensing request. Date may be off slightly due to timezones, but close enough.

I don't expect it to start yet myself, but if they plan to start it within a month or so, it's not impossible that they decided it shouldn't wait to their next batch of licenses.

Series 1: no idea

Series 2: Endo and Kobayashi’s Live Commentary on the Villainess

Series 3: Don't know, but given the hint maybe Heat the Pig Liver?

Series 4: hopefully either The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady or Fake Saint Of The Year

I posted what I think the solution to hint 1 is on discord, along with some absolutely mad speculation about what it means.

Okay, Sam's comments yesterday got me thinking. The implication to me was that we haven't actually gotten close to the essence of #1 yet. And that sent me down a Google hole that led to...Spaceballs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5drjr9PmTMA I feel like this has to be what it's invoking.

Mad speculation time: I can't think of any light novels with anything like "Spaceballs" in the title. If the context of the scene matters, which is they're watching a video of the completed film in order to re-enact it, that brings to mind the meme, the legend, Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon. If it's hinting at something like Spaceballs...Tenchi Muyo?
