Trying to swap out an old prepaid card for my actual credit card to renew subscription. Remove old card no issue. But adding new one, I'm unable too. First thing is the box to add is small and I can't see shit. Second is it asks for Postal Code but the keyboard that pops up is the credit card keyboard so I can't add letters.

Haven't had this issue for as long as I've been a member and renewed with a prepaid card each year.

@thoraxe41 You can use the old website as a failsafe while we look into this problem.

Can you attach a screenshot of what you see, and/or tell us your device/OS/browser information? If we can replicate it, it'll be easier to fix or improve.

Don't actually use this so let me know if I did it wrong

Did find a work around for the postal code. If a unselect the box and reselect it, I can use my autofill for the postal code.

Thank you! We'll take this back and try to improve things; let us know if you still have trouble and we can try to find workarounds in the meantime.
