I just registered for the site, and have been waiting for the verification email for a few hours now.

I've tried re-sending the verification email a couple of times, but no luck.

The email address does work, I was able to send email to it successfully from another address.

A thread from 2016 on this topic stated 0.7% of the emails bounce because of usually the mail server blocking the sending server's IP, might mine have been one?

@xdbx It will likely be morning before anyone at JNC that has access to email logs sees your message.

Make sure you have added "j-novel.club" as an acceptable email domain for your spam filters.

A "normal user" won't know if messages bounce, unless your internet provider tells you it bounced something, OR it shows up in a spam filter. I run my own mail servers, and see the reason for EVERY bounce, incoming and outgoing, and it is not unusual for a domain or server IP to get on to a global spam list for a few hours or days.

        "But the blueprints..."

@someoldguy Thanks for your response. I disabled the spam filters on the account and re-sent the verification email, but no luck.

I do know my ISP uses some sort of global spam filtering blacklist because I've had issues with it once or twice in the past, so that may be the problem here.

The mails finally came through the next day. This issue can be closed, thanks!
