I am rather impatient to wait for a new volume so I'm planning to buy the monthly subscription just to read prepubs but to my dismay jnovel doesn't accept the widely used paypal for payment. So I was thinking to make a digital debit card, but I am not from the US, if I am to make the digital card, the balance will not be in USD. Of course I would make sure it has enough after being converted to USD, but I am just wondering that it being in a different currency would cause the card to be rejected?

@kiyomyne It shouldn't be a problem. Your bank will just charge you extra for currency conversion.
That said, some banks are funky when it comes to payments like these, so it would be a good idea to ask them about international payments, subscriptions and conversion rates just in case beforehand.

@kiyomyne my debit card is in Mexican pesos... I pay 99 a month

I wanted to have a witty signature once I saw some of the ones some guys on the Bookworm forums had but None of the ones I thought felt witty enough...

Welp I tried it and it said "Failed to update payment method: Your card does not support this type of purchase". This is my first time trying to use a digital card so I have no idea what went wrong. I guess I have no choice but to be patient and wait for the release date sigh...if only jnovel accept paypal......

It depends on your bank card's features, whether they allow international transactions etc. I'm not from the US and regularly uses a visa debit card from a non-USD account to pay here.

exactly! Check if your Online Debit card accept International Transactions...

In my case, mine is from my local Bank, not one of those like Ulala or other services

Yeah, I checked and it turned out unlike my physical debit card, the digital card does not allow overseas transactions. I had to upgrade my digital debit card account to premium to have this feature which is annoying because it involves lots of government verification stuff that needs to be approved.

Well now that it's approved and I have overseas transaction enabled, the card works and I now can happily read the prepubs. Thank you all for the help.
