Monster Tamer: Volume 1-2 not available at Amazon

Hi,
I'm not able to find Volume 1-2 of Monster Tamer on Amazon.
Even using the available link at j-novel to Amazon is broken. All other volumes work. -
@logman As is noted on pretty much every J-Novel 'where to buy' page, Amazon has some truly weird practices in regard to what they will or will not carry ebook-wise, and thus there is no guarantee that Amazon will carry any given title, whether or not the publisher tries to get them to.
If you do a search over at Anime News Network, there's an article a while back concerning Amazon (and several other of the standard ebook venues) removing a large number of LNs & Manga with no warning and no official reason given...and no responses given to queries from the publishers concerning this other than canned statements concerning violation of their community standards which give no clue as to which standard it was.
The ironic thing being that in many instances those very same venues are still offering the German language translations of the very same titles as ebooks.
The best guess anyone has come up with is the presence of anything resembling illustrations of partially-clad lolis.
