      Just wondering if there's a date to when you will be starting to translate this novel.
      If not, then a general outline of when you start translating to English after it comes out in Japan would suffice. (Sorry, a lot of people have asked about the translation times and among my group of friends, only I have a subscription.)

      Also, if I may inquire, I heard that j-novel started a partnership with Yenpress. I was wondering if you're helping with the manga's there as well as the LNs here.

      See, I learned real young: When you're walking through hell, the devil won't buy what you won't sell. So I took my fear, reshaped it and took aim, Because when the night comes, nobody will be there to save you.

        @ripxdarkness Hi there!

        Please see this topic about future release schedules:

        https://forums.j-novel.club/topic/3477/future-volume-release-schedule

        The main part relevant to your question is:

        • If a series is caught up with the Japanese releases, whenever a new volume is released, the new volume needs to be licensed separately. Licensing can vary wildly in how long it takes, so there are no hard estimates on when the the next volume will start streaming, sorry!

        As for your second topic, Kadokawa owns a majority stake in J-Novel Club, and it also happens to own a majority stake in Yen Press. That is the extent of our relationship at this time. You can read more details about the acquisition here:

        https://j-novel.club/blog/kadokawa-bookwalker-partnership-pr

        Whoever said nothing's impossible never tried slamming a revolving door.

          @myskaros Oh, ok. I do believe I missed the first one in the forums and...I'm stupid for skipping the 2nd link lol.

          Thank you

            @myskaros Silly they can't just keep the same agreement in many/most cases.

              @flopsy-prince I do not believe it is that simple. In addition to the published LN, JNC almost certainly licenses bonus material that will go into the Premium e-books that are only available from JNC. Since that will vary from volume to volume there is no way they could re-use an existing license contract and is probably one of the reasons they only license single volumes.

                Hello,

                Since this topic has been addressed, and is now starting to drift, I will be locking it down.

                Thank you

                Sorry but J-Novel Club does not publicly comment on any potential licensing decision or acquisitions.
