      Hi, just bought Ascendance of a Bookworm: Part 3 Volume 4 in the kobo store but only the preview can be downloaded, if you could help fixing this it will be greatly appreciated.

        It's still unpublished here on j-novel club (for the next ~30 minutes), so it might still be unreleased there too. Can't be certain as I've never used Kobo. I'd expect it to fix itself in a few hours as it passes release time there.

          @akotsu Hi, you will want to contact Kobo support about this issue.

          Whoever said nothing's impossible never tried slamming a revolving door.

              not sure if it was related but there seems to have been other posters with the same issue with Kobo, im not sure whether they had it resolved or not but it might be easier for you to just get the premium version given the tag next to your name.
              i dont use kobo so not sure if they have an update option that might/should deliver the finished book once they release it themselves.

                  @akotsu Okay, but that is who you bought the book from. If they cannot help you, then request a refund. We cannot do anything for you; the ebook was uploaded correctly from our end, so if there are any issues, they need to be addressed by Kobo.

                    There was a similar problem with previous volume. Support had fixed it for me once the full book was available. I'm waiting for the full version to appear before buying but it would be nice if this problem was definitively fixed.

                        I've opened a support request and they forwarded the problem to their content team in order to review this. They probably marked the title as "released" too soon. We'll see.

                          @akotsu Had the same problem. Customer assistance had me go to settings then on to Repair account. They were friendly and helpful. Chat wait time was quick. I think they had to remove the book from my account and resubmit from their end first before I had to go to settings.
