The way J-Novel Club operates it takes a volume breaks it down in several parts and releases those parts for members to read over the course of several weeks equal to the number of parts it is broken down into.
After the volume has been fully translated and released, it is then released as an e-book on all the platforms you listed, shortly after the official release the volume (less the first preview part) are taken down from the website.
So the only way to read older volumes of series would be to buy them, or wait for them to go on catchup.

A J-Novel Club membership allows you to read the latest volumes of licensed series.

Yes, however those are only available if you buy the premium edition sold directly by J-Novel Club, if you purchase from other retailers they are not included.
