I read some novel likenkobold kingdom and her majesty swar on google play book, but both didnt have any illistration beside their cover...
Is it same for jp version? -

That is correct, those volumes did not receive any illustrations other then the cover images in the Japanese release.

For what it's worth, the webnovel for Kobold King is continuing, last update was chapter 207 on 2020/12/31...
