Is it there are reason for bot all the volumes of Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest being sold in Amazon?

Hi,
I bought several of the volumes of Arifureta: From Commonplace to World's Strongest for Amazon Kindle (my default and preferred e-reader platform), but there are some that volumes that aren't available, for example volume 3 is only available for iBook, Nook, Kobo and Bookwalker. Other volume in the same situation is: Volume 7. I already bought the other volumes (1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 11; so it doesn't make sense that 2 volumes aren't available thru Amazon. Are there any plans for these 2 volumes to be release there?

Yeah, I expect the problem is what @Rahul-Balaggan noted.
I buy directly from JNC and use Calibre to get it into my Kindle.
The premium versions from JNC often come with bonuses as set out at https://forums.j-novel.club/topic/305/premium-e-book-bonus-contents-list?page=1 - For Arifureta there are many bonus illustrations, textless illustrations and bonus exclusive stories.

@Abigail-Cid-cgax6rh To expound on what Rahul said, we have resubmitted those two volumes to Amazon countless times but they keep getting removed.
