      Title says it all. I just signed up like ten minutes ago for a premium membership so I can get a free credit every month, but I was led to believe that signing up would instantly give me a free one. I don't have it. Any reason for that?

        Hi there!

        Apologies for the problem! Yes, you are supposed to get a credit immediately upon signing up for premium. If you e-mail support@j-novel.club, someone can look into it.

            I had a similar problem since I signed up on the 13th but didn't get it until the 15th so I guess there's also that refresh period to reconsider

              @harunachiep Actually as a premium member you should receive 1 premium credit the day you sign up (in your case the day you upgraded from "member" to "premium member"), and then you will continue to receive 1 credit on the 15th of every month.

              So if you signed up on the 13th you should have had 2 premium credits by the 16th, if not you should also contact support@j-novel.club

              Sorry but J-Novel Club does not publicly comment on any potential licensing decision or acquisitions.

                @rahul-balaggan Oh I thought it was a monthly thing only so that would mean the very first premium credit upon sign up is something else? I'll email them later on if that's the case.

                  Seems this is still an issue, I signed up for premium on the 9th and still no free credit. Also emailed support@j-novel.club but haven't even received a response, how long does it usually take to get someone to respond?

                        I have the same problem. I became a premium member 2 days ago and did not receive my premium credit.
