@djunis21 not sure what you mean by “bring in”, but that series is already licensed by Yen Press

7 volumes are out and Volume 8 comes out next month.

Sorry but J-Novel Club does not publicly comment on any potential licensing decision or acquisitions.

Plus, the WN is pretty easy to access (and up-to-date as far as translation to English goes) and there is an anime...
Just as an FYI the WN and LN are similar but slightly different.

@silvermane As Rahul said, the license is officially with Yen-press. I don't think JNC and Yen-press can share a license on the same title. BTW, digital version is also available on Yen-press for Death March if you are looking for that

Great novel, was one of the first novels I bought as a translation. However as others have said, it is a Yen Press licensed novel under their Yen On print.
Worth a read, it is starting to differ from the Web Novel, a lot for the better, but I do miss some of the interactions which were present in the web novel, some of which were better or had more detail as could be seen from a different perspective.

              Author of Praetor's Blood.

@smiley_101 Understood. I was just trying to point out "other" ways to enjoy the death march. Considering I've been reading the WM and own all the currently published LN from Yen Press, I was not trying to discourage @djunis21 from his dream, but clumsily trying to share the many ways to enjoy this work.

@silvermane I tried reading the wn of that once but it was so vastly different to the ln it was hard to read.

@rahul-balaggan thank you for the information I don't know much about who makes what I just read the light novels, I'm not sure what exactly they could pick up or not.

Ok so what about kenja no mago could they translate that one cause I'm only finding it in Japanese and I saw it as a new anime on funimation? I looked it up and it has eight volumes I prefer to read the light novels over watching anime now a days.

@djunis21 JNC has licensed from the publisher before, there is even a suggestion topic on the forums where you could show your support.

That being said whether they actually license it or not is up to the person in charge of JNC, plus another publisher such as Seven Seas or Yen Press could pick it up first.
