@LurkingMcLurk, so that's how they're going to do it, with yet another cliff-hanger at the end of an episode - been a few of those already this season.

And I know it's just a trivial thing compared to all the other stuff, but I love how they're still showing the difference between the rinsham users and the rest of the characters.

It seems obvious that they'd stop around that point. There's so much to cover between now and the end of the volume (not even counting side stories) that trying to push past would be a disaster. They need all the time they can get for the final bits.

Edit: looks like the final ep based on the preview pics below

I would say it's not the final ep of the season. I'd venture there's at least one more, because given how the episode preview pictures are in the order they appear in the episode, that scene isn't in this one (because there is no way they don't include that scene). Given how heavily a certain character who does not appear in the previews features in the finale of P2, there is no way that they wouldn't show that he is very definitely involved.

        spoiler

My grasp on sanity remains absolute.

Oh, right, the poison, the poison for Kuzco, the poison chosen especially to kill Kuzco, Kuzco's poison. ...That poison?

You are correct, it's not the final episode; there are two episodes left.
We've seen eight, and there are ten total.

@TheGrimLich, my hasty edit wasn't clear enough. What I meant was that the some of the scenes from that PV video looked as though they were from the last episode (June 13), rather than the next episode (June 6).

Just wondering, since Crunchyroll's series usually have 12 episodes per season. Where can I find the news that the 3rd season of "Bookworm" contains only 10 episodes? thx

@NekoInu, I was just about to say that it's in all the usual places like MAL and ANN, but when I checked I found that ANN was still listing 12 episodes. I still think it's more likely to be 10 because it started 2 weeks later than most of the other anime this season.

Information for the JP home release of s3 said that it will contain 10 episodes.

Just watched episode 35 and I must say I really like how they did mana scenes. They did not follow books down to details but that was expected due to time constraints. They adapted book really well. Can't wait for next week :)

I'm glad they mentioned the ordannanz Damuel tried to send, I always thought it was weird he didn't mention trying it in the LN.

I’m actually disappointed where this episode ended. I wish they’d gone just a tiny bit further.

I mean, MAL can be amusing for other reasons, but this aspect can be especially choice.

Sorry if this has been defined already, but what is MAL?

@Zeteni, only Ferdinand takes just one moment to get rid of the opposition.

Good episode on the whole, I suppose, but there were parts of it that didn't seem to flow well. The scenes inside the Temple must have been chaotic, but it seemed kind of static, more like separate tableaux. Anyway, I'll forgive them most things for that end card.

The shift in stance, expression, and vocal behavior when Myne goes funny in the eyes and starts exuding mana all over her body are good signifiers that All Hell Is About To Break Loose.

"Where are you going with my Tuuli?" being a particularly choice moment that way.

Oddly enough, while a good many of the VAs for Honzuki had rolls as villains in JoJo, it appears she's not one of them. [There's a lovely YouTube video concerning the crossover of talent with JoJo...]

So, the LN has a High Bishop in a Temple.
The anime has a High Priest in a Cathedral.
