synopsis : A spinoff of Kono Suba featuring Dust as the primary protagonist
“No money, no women!” The (self-proclaimed) carry of Axel, the delinquent Dust, is suffering from a chronic case of empty-wallet. Whilst the newbie adventurer Kazuma continues to steadily make a name for himself –, Dust is busy setting people up in scams, selling stolen products, ripping off noble ladies, and the like. ‘Let’s make some money today too!’ Whilst he was doing so, he was told an ominous prophecy by the great devil Vanir: “Thou hast a interesting future ahead.”
The author was different this time but still it delivers some serious laughters just like Natsume Akatsuki:D and The Artist is also different but its still beautiful very cute......and ECCHI!!!!....ohh did i mention it that The Artist mainly on Hentai? probably not tehehe,artists name is Hagure Yuki btw

Thank for the artist name... it's for a friend obiviously.
But konosuba is allready licence so the publisher of the main serie is the one who will be doing the the spin off, it's may even be part of the contract. But even if it's not i don't think JNC would try to have it and destroyed their relationship with the publisher and the jap publisher would probably refuse for the same reasons.
