@Terrence Some of the covers feature girls romantically unrelated to main character, some of them even married successfully to someone else already.

@Terrence Which never made sense to me. This is a political work and it follows pretty heavily with real life medieval politics. He's the prince consort of the queen, and it's literally one of his duties to have many, many heirs/children. Like Aura said pretty early on. To be honest, I'm surprised he hasn't taken on any concubines to date. But it's super unrealistic (seeing as how they're trying to be somewhat realistic with the political stuff) that he still is refusing/troubled about taking concubines. While he may not like it at first, he might as well just give in and try to at least be happy/fall in love with the future concubine prospects since it's gonna happen probably. All he's going to do is make everyone unhappy with his attitude. He wanted to be with Aura and knew he'd be prince consort, he can't keep dragging his feet in not learning to adapt to his new world's moral system and culture.

How far did you read? MC taking on concubine is the primary tension point in their relationship. Him with modern society sensitivity of one man one woman moral, and her duty to the country to sustain royal blood line. Two of them over coming this difference together is very emotional and delicate, and goes on for many volumes. You just need to give them time.

Really glad this one will (likely) be licensed. I've heard a lot about it but I haven't checked out the manga so I'll be going in blind.
