@sniper_samurai done that, uninstalled, reinstalled. Never works. I can see all the novels, see each part, but nothing will ever loads. May cancel my subscription since the app never works. Given several months, but all I've ever been told is that they don't really emphasize the app and i should just not use it and use the webpage. Yep, was actually told that. Trying to understand how other people in the forums say it works when it never works on my phone.

iOS 12.1 iPhone X app book loading
I have been having issue with the app on my phone, it’s mostly when trying to load pages for a chapter on different books. It happens on both WiFi and cellular, when I try to read a book. I keep getting stuck where it says “ repaginating pages “. This has been happing since the new update. I have un/installed the app. Also I did a reset of my phone. Help -
@unzknown Everyone just wait a few more days, new version is getting approved by Apple for Testflight and then will get pushed for everyone soon after!
Should completely remove the issues people have with paginating, etc.

@Sam-Pinansky Just updated to the newest Android beta and now page changing in horizontal mode just doesn't work... at all.
Tap to change page doesn't do anything.
Swiping to change page just scrolls across a few pages rapidly and then suddenly leaps to near the end of a part from like 9% straight to 88%, then refuses to go back.
Swiping backwards from this point actually advances the reader by several tens of a percentage and then bounces back to the exact same point, unless you swipe back really, really hard to fling it all the way to the start.
Pinching out zooms out to show multiple pages at once side by side, pinching in zooms into a portion of the text to pan around. Pinching shouldn't even be doing anything except maybe adjusting font size.
Vertical mode at least works, but when opening a new part the reader doesn't remember that it's been previously changed to vertical mode, it's necessary to open the top menu and hit "Apply" again to get it to change modes.
Font preference also doesn't work when first opening a part, it opens in Arial or something and you have to select the desired font and hit "Apply" to get it to display in the right font every time you open a new part.
Hope these can be fixed soon because now I can't read at all and have to use the web browser reader. Or maybe issue a rollback to the previous beta because as many problems as that had, at least it was possible to read.
EDIT: Manga reader is at least functional although the switch to manga button makes it seem like manga is a second class citizen, it exists in a popup outside of the novels list and there is no way to select a specific manga series instead of just having every single manga part all listed in chronological release order. This would make it less convenient to follow just a single series once the volume of manga increases.

- In the part reader, I can scroll both horizontally and vertically, irrespective of mode. It doesn't snap to a fixed page in that case (See https://imgur.com/a/vbc4Fg9). This happens both on an Amazon Fire HD 10 tablet as well as on a Nokia 6.1 with Android 9.
- On the tablet, at least in landscape, images are scaled/cut in a weird way (https://imgur.com/a/q5pRjOt)

Wasn't the previous version non-beta? You can probably get that if you opt-out of beta.

As long as you don't try to flip fast in xxxxxxxxxxhdpi device and run out of ram.

You can browse manga series if you click that button from series page

Ok, what the /FUUUUUUUUUUUUNK/ happened to the latest Android beta?(2.1.3) It doesn't flip pages anymore, it just does this weird high speed scrolling and every time I try to slowly scroll to the next page it jumps all the way to the end and then gets stuck; scrolling in any direction just puts it in a loop at the last 10% of the part. And then even when in horizontal mode, there's like three extra pages of blank space below the text that flips out the scrolling as well so I end up with just looking at blank white space.
This is like completely unusable. I'm not going to be able to finish the volumes expiring this month cause I can't even read them :(

Tried the Android app on my new HuaWei MediaPad M5, results for the three parts I tried reading...
Smartphone 12 part 4: Stops at 20%, blank pages after that. Looking on desktop it corresponds to where the first image is supposed to load.
Lazy Dungeon Master 4 part 1; Stuck immediately and indefinitely at 'Repaginating Splines'
Infinite Dendrogram 8 part 9: Loads and reads as supposed to. Might be because this doesn't contain images?
Having it in 'Simple' mode or not doesn't seem to help for the first two above. For now, I'll uninstall the app and hope you'll get it working at some point. I had hoped for a mobile reader as it's very cumbersome to read the prepub parts on desktop, so much so I don't even bother to anymore, but, alas, perhaps later down the line...

@korppi Those are old bugs from an old layout. These are fixed in beta and by fixed I mean there's a new layout and it's totally unusable now (see two posts above or higher) so you probably shouldn't even bother trying. There's also this if you like things fast and not broken and also like entering your credentials into third-party apps (or if you are content with reading free parts).

@joshua-caleb same thing is happening to me I have just been reading the chapters on the web page using the browser on my cell it works fine for now but this B.S better be taken care of a soon

Gotta report some bugs.
I use the Android app ( BETA ) on 2 devices , the first is a Galaxy note 8 (SM-N950F) and the second is a Galaxy Tab 2 (GT-P5110) .
All those bugs happenned , when the app added the manga bar at the bottom of the screen and are still present.On my Galaxy Tab, no page is loaded, i can't see the new releases everything is blank. I can't login either.
On my Galaxy Note 8 , i can see the content , but i can't login , again , it refuses to let me login to access the novels.I found out that if i touch the manga bar and try to login on the new page , i can login (1 try out of 3 on average ) but it only loads the first 2 pages of a manga and nothing else. Once i am in this state i can go back to the regular login on the app and i'll be able to log-in as usual.
I hope this post will help, since reading on my tablet is much better than my smartphone. I must stress that i can't use the method of login i wrote above on the galaxy tab Since nothing appears on the screen ( AT ALL ) aside from the menu.
EDIT : i guess i got out of the beta and things work fine on the regular build on both devices

Current version of the app stopped working Saturday for me. Releases & Titles pages are flat blue and won't load. Can't login either. I've tried reinstalling, but to no avail. Device is a Samsung Galaxy Tab S3.

When I start a book on the app, the page is bugged out (black / gray text on black background, should be scrolling vertically, but it's horizontal, and it stops scrolling after a bit). You have to press those horizontal bars in the menu (bottom right on menu), click apply, then when it reloads you can press those horizontal bars again to change back to the viewing mode you want. It's kind of weird.
I'm on Android on Google Pixel.

@Sam-Pinansky Pagination actually works on the new beta now so that's fantastic, but styling choice still isn't locked in when first opening a part (just opens with a generic sans font instead of the intended Alegreya) and it's necessary to open the options menu and change something and press Apply to get it to switch. Resuming is also broken, it displays the correct page when choosing to resume but when you try to change pages it leaps back to the beginning.

I take it back, pagination still has a ways to go as after a few page turns it'll start misaligning badly.

I'll drop a few bugs here in the hope they get picked up sometime. There's some real annoying ones I'd personally like fixed soon though.
Using Android 9 on the OnePlus 6, with the (beta) build from the app store. Connectivity is always available (WiFi), as I always stream music when reading.
- Dark mode doesn't render text when opening a part, I have to switch to light theme, press apply, switch to dark theme, press apply to make it work. Opening with the other themes works fine.
- Progress isn't always resumed correctly, it just stays at 0%. This might be related to the previous bug, I'm not sure.
- When paginating horizontally, there's an accumulating horizontal layout error, making it unusable.
- Parts sometimes get rendered on a huge canvas, with each page below and on the right of the previous page.
- Images often don't load, which also restricts vertical scrolling. E.g. hitting the 'bottom' at 59%. Going back to the list and to the part again fixes this most of the time. Combined with bug 1 and 2 this creates a terrible UX.
- The middle color option always renders a sans serif font when opening a part and it always uses horizontal paging, regardless of my font and paginating settings. When editing my pagination settings both update to the correct setting.
- The app randomly logs out every once in a while, while in active use. Almost like active use doesn't lengthen the lifetime of the session.
- When randomly logged out the app often still loads the Recent list, but will indefinitely load when opening a part. Then switching to Member shows I'm logged out.
- When logging in, it hardly ever works on the first try. There's no error, it doesn't do anything visible. I have to swipe away the app and then log in again for it to work.
