The Unwanted Undead Adventurer Vol 1 dungeon name

(new to purchasing light novels)
So I was thinking of picking up the series (read some of the manga), and flipped through the previews of Vol 1. I noticed the previews on Amazon and Bookwalker use "Water Moon Dungeon", yet also use "Moon's Reflection" offhandedly when shortened. However, the preview here on J-NC, and the synopsis of J-NC, Amazon, and Bookwalker, use "Labyrinth of the Moon's Reflection". Same thing with "Labyrinth of the New Moon" and "New Moon Dungeon". What's up with that?
I looked at the previews of the later volumes and they all use "Labyrinth of the Moon's Reflection" and "Labyrinth of the New Moon". Were the Amazon/Bookwalker versions not updated or something?

Back in volume 5 the translation/editing was handed over to a new team from who worked on volumes 1-4, and they made the decision to change:
Labyrinth of the Moon's Reflection > Water Moon Dungeon
Labyrinth of the New Moon > New Moon Dungeon

The older books should have been updated, but maybe the synopses were not. The previews/prepubs on J-Novel are not often updated when changes to the book's epubs are made, so that explains that at least.
