What's the deal with that dotted line, is that intended?

It looks like a printing mark (publishing notation) to indicate a fold.

It's from a newer version (April 2020) probably backported from prints.

Gotta love stealth early DL bonuses.

That I can not comment on, because I am not involved with the e-book creation/correction process.

It is still fairly early in the USA so it will be some more time before this can be addressed.

Also in the future for already published e-books it is better to send any corrections to support@j-novel.club, this just ensures that the people who need to see it, do see it and it does not get lost in the shuffle.

Unfortunately it made it to print as well, for Part 2 Volume 2 (the dotted colored line). None of the other printed volumes have it though.
