Premium credit for 15th not apppearing

I recently signed up for a premium account but did not a credit on the 15th. Is this a mistake or or does the first month not count for a free credit

I don't think mine has appeared either, I'm pretty sure I had 7 credits the day before and it's still currently 7 credits.

It's a manual process as far as I know, so just being a little more patient will fix it most likely.

It does count, normally.
@anpan Seeing how they tweeted four hours ago about giving credits, it should've happened before thread was started.
I'm mostly in the "lost track of their credit count" camp, but it seems like I got one recently.IIRC there were similar threads caused by counter not updating automatically in the browser. You can try logging in again, but forced ctrl+F5 refresh should be enough to update for sure.

I'm another n00b that doesn't seem to have got the one on the 15th yet, though being in Australia I assumed it would be a timezone thing so wasn't exactly stressing about it.

I think there was a bug and some (most?) people didn't actually get the credit, so I just ran it again and now everyone should have theirs!
We're working to make this a bit more stable for next time.

@arm963 Yeah looking back and it seems most people did in fact get their credit... I'm going to investigate the people who complained above individually and see if I can figure out a pattern here...

@burgerlava Yeah, it does seem like the second time gave everyone their credits, and most(?) people actually got two. If you got double consider yourselves lucky and please spend it on something you might not have wanted to try otherwise ;)

Speaking of, I see volume 4 prepub is just one part (and according to the forum, has been that way since June?). Bad sign? =[

@terrence the translator on that is Sam himself, and he just got super busy running the day to day on the site.
He said it will take time but eventually all of Siskan will be on the site.

lol I don't ever check my credits, I had 8 as of now since I checked but damn I remember only having 3 a couple months ago. Since I tend not to spend them let's see how many I can save up. I'm sure a lot of people do the same XD .

Is there an issue with this month's or am I doing something wrong? I don't seem to have a credit from the 15th.

Sam does it manually, so wait I'd say. I don't have one either yet, but I'm sure it'll show up. ;)
