Rokka: Braves of the Six Flowers. Fantasy setting with a tinge of mystery. Very serious tone.

@Hyferzftw The new gate its a maybe, but overlord the little I saw in the anime was an OP mc being broken. I like to see characters struggle and maybe some deaths.

@Rayha Well overlord the anime covers only volume 1 if I recall, and the LN is like Log Horizon anime, where you get to see different perspectives on different characters. So you don't only get to see opness but also see the struggling side. The New Gate for me is just a fun LN to read. Also has been getting updated almost weekly.

Is there any romance between side characters in Overlord? I just got volume 3, but I haven't touched 2.
I assume Ainz / Momonga doesn't have any way to have an actual romance in that world.

@Terrence well, there attempts at it but the author kills them. XD
Other than that Ainz I believe even mentions he would like to be with someone like Albedo but as of Up to vol.9 nothing of romance for the mc at least. On the other hand side characters do get some romance but nothing major. I hope all I said doesn't ruin this LN for you tbh. It's ******* awesome read and one of my favorites so far. Also I would of loved it if the mc wasn't a pile of bones all the time but that would change like the whole plot tbh or more like it would of been extremely similar to The New Gate. -

Thanks for the light amount of info. =)
I feel like Albedo has to learn Momonga is human at some point. That's part of her arc I would think.

@Terrence yeah just noticed how what I said can be interpreted lol, but no that's not what I meant lol. More like what you said about someone walking in. I ship Albedo and Ainz XD only if he wasn't just bones XD
