    Email notice for failed payment

      There should be a notice sent by email when the payment fails, currently you only notice it by not being able to access the latest releases.

        @Indekkusu There is an email notice actually. Perhaps it ended up in your spam folder.
        According to our logs 3 payment failed emails were sent and delivered on the 25th, 26th, and 29th.

          @Sam-Pinansky You can also check your current subscription status (it will say "overdue" if payments have failed) on your account summary page.

            @Sam-Pinansky Found the mail in the spam folder which is odd as the news mails never ends up there.

            The membership status in the menu is hidden when you aren't subscribed, I only saw Password, Edit Profile and My Library when I hadn't paid.

              @Indekkusu Ah, yes, once your subscription has been cancelled, that's true.

              Maybe I'll add the status section back in for people with a cancelled sub.
