About premium credits

Hi! I just became a premium member and I was just a bit confused about premium credits. Based on the FAQ, I thought that I would get a premium credit upon membership. However, when I check in my account, it says I have no premium credits and it won't let me purchase additional credits. I was wondering if there is a waiting period after one becomes a member to get access to these things.

Edit: I've found out how to purchase credits, but I still seem to be missing a credit for my membership, unless I am misunderstanding something.

Hmm. I got a credit as soon as I upgraded to premium. Maybe if you're willing to wait 24 hours or so for it to verify your bank, and if it still hasn't shown up, email support.
Also, your next credit will be granted on the 15th of each month, in case you were curious :) -

you should definitely get a credit on sign up and then one on the 15th or so of every month.

so it's the 15th but I don't have a credit yet. This is my first 15th as a premium member - I upgraded a couple weeks ago and got a credit then. When do they normally show up?

@bakaushi Credits are added manually atm so the time of day that they are added can vary.
