Not reading anything on this thread yet because I’m only a third of the way through, but damn this is another great volume! This and Empty Box (which also has a new volume) have to be my current favorites, soooooo good!
The level of narrative depth kinda makes this series the Gane of Thrones of Light Novels.

Finished this one. God such a good series, lots of wild action and even though it feels like the two timelines are converging there’s still many years between the two and lots that can happen in between it all. Only thing is I wish I hadn’t read the spoilers here and discovered more about Kumiko than I wanted to.
OK, roll on volume six!

@the-green-death Yeah I was really annoyed that people here started talking about spoilers that are further than what the novels are up to. They spoiled things for me too. There was the same issues going on in the Seirei Gensouki thread too.

This novel makes waiting months feel so worth it tho. Also makes you realize time flys ode fast. Also reminds me slime next volume is out next month I think.
