    So could anyone explain the clue for this new LN?

    "I drowned a fish, killed a dead tree and made medicine sick"

      @ImIlyaz it took the spot of Hint #3 Long Title #6249

      Sorry but J-Novel Club does not publicly comment on any potential licensing decision or acquisitions.

        @Hakomari I saw people speculating about Dendrogram on Twitter and Reddit. Looks cool, would be a must read for me.

          @Rahul-Balaggan any idea where the 6249 came from?

            @ImIlyaz here v

            @Hakomari said in If It's for My Daughter, I'd Even Defeat a Demon Lord Volume 1 Discussion:

            Long Title cause it has a long title. 6249 beacuse it was in 6249 people's reading list on Novel Updates when Sam made the clues.
            Here is the link if someone wants to see it.

                @sparhawk6 There's a reason I only said I didn't like the ending, and not why. :)

                    All I can think of for Red vs Blue vs Green is some sort of Pokemon novel that hasn't been licensed before. Or the Demon King Daimaou that someone suggested earlier.

                      @Melicans That actually might be hinting at Pokemon, given that that's a game about hunting monsters, it could be a novel about that.
                      I reckon there's a handful of LNs about raising monster girls and whatnot, could be one of those.

                      Though I really fancy the idea of a Pokemon series aimed at an older demographic. The Pokemon universe always had a lot of potential for that.

                        @Paulo27 You know OVERLAP is the rights holder for the official Pokemon strategy guides in Japan.

                        Could be????????? (no)

                            Rejoice! Rokujouma vol 1-3 and part of vol 23 are available. Hint was a reference to Tatami Galaxy since tat one had 4.5 tatami in the name.

                              @_08 that must be the long running series Sam mentioned on ANNCast, so since its so long I assume that's why they are starting in the beginning and at the end.

                                Ohh nice! I like this series! I read already vol 1-22, but this makes me happy! This guy deserves it, because his translation is really good. Definitely going to buy this one. Thanks guys!
                                Now left Date a Live and I will be really satisfied :D

                                    Well, as far as I can see, 22 is where the fan translation is at. So releasing both the first volumes and the first one not yet translated is a pretty smart move: It avoids the whining sensible complaint that it would takes years to catch up with the fan translation, killing it for the already invested readers (that's apparently the sentiment with Index at least). And for someone like me who never read the series so far, jump starting it with 3 volumes is also obviously nice.

                                      Well, what I really admire, is that they work with fan-translator. Really smart move, time wise. I must say, that Arifureta, Uchi, and Roku makes me really happy. I am really glad, that Sam have a taste for good titles.

                                        >they work with fan-translator
                                        Was gonna say lol. Given the policies that Baka-Tsuki has, would be pretty funny for the volumes there to be taken down because it was licensed, even if Sam wouldn't ask to take them down just yet.
                                        Good move working with a fan translator though, should be good PR.

                                          @Paulo27 They must take it down,because it was licensed. Doesn´t matter if fan-translator is involved or not. That is their policy.
