I just started reading Nameless Asterism and this is a complete love triangle between 3 girls who are best friends. I skimmed through later pages and it looks like there may be even more queerness as well.

I liked the presentation in Inari Kon Kon of one of the characters developing a crush on a member of the same gender in a very sweet way, and the main character supporting her. I hear in the manga (full series spoilers)
I gotta read through My Lesbian Experience w/ Loneliness and My Solo Exchange Diary soon.
I keep borrowing the Transgender positive "The Bride Was a Boy", but putting it aside for other works.
I read volume 1 of My Brother's Husband a while back too. It's nice to see a push for LGBT acceptance + gay marriage in a manga, especially one that involves a previously married straight man coming to terms with gay acceptance. Iirc, it's also positive about teaching young folks about gay relationships, the daughter in it learning about them (some older folks I know would not bring their kids to see Frozen 2 if Elsa had a gay relationship in it, so this is important messaging).
There's a manga about a sister living with her Brother's wife, and I think reviews of it say it may be that path of a widow finding comfort with a family member of their partner in a same sex relationship. It's a slow build up though.

I'm not relly interest in LGBTQ+ story, at least if it's the main theme of the stroy. If it's a secondary theme it can be cool: it's the case in Shinsekai Yori were the relationship between indiviual are totaly free whatever the sex, age or number as a mean to reduce stress and violence. LGBTQ+ isn't the focus here but it's use as a way to devlope the theme of the story as a whole.

I don't personally believe that any story is actually about LGBTQ+ as the core theme; the LGBTQ+ would only be the skin the story uses to present the core theme. You don't need a transgendered character to have the theme of identity.

@drone205 I think you're right for most book but some have as a core the acceptance of gay marriage or accepte one gender or sexual orientation, thing like that. For thoose story even if they have good characters, story, ... the LGBTQ+ aspect would still be the core of the book.

We can say the core theme is just plainly acceptance or acceptance of something different and alien. Though LGBTQ+ might be at the forefront. You can have a story about a CEO of a company wanting his son to inherit but accepting that his son wants to be a teacher. I believe the core theme to any story is something that can apply to almost anything.

While it's a sweet story, I wouldn't classify it as yuri. It's more about the main characters working out how to be a family together, despite not being related and only thrown together by circumstances.
The relationship so far is more like sisters. I don't know if this changes in the future, though.

I thought Citrus was good (anime) I haven’t read a LN w/ “LGBTQ” as a major part of the story. That being said, I like how Pia’s Character (so far?) is being handled in Realist Hero.
