WN LinkSynopsis: One day, Sanada Shirou, who works for a black company, is transported to another world. Using his "creation magic", an ability he gained when transported, he opens an inn and is supposed to lead a slow life, but this other world is a little strange?! It is a world where women are overwhelmingly dominant, where women do dangerous work and battle, and men are powerless and are protected! The daily life of entertaining (in many ways) the women of this other world begins...!
So as you can see, this is a general isekai where the main character gets sent to another world and creates a hotel on an island. The twist for THIS one is that the world the MC is sent to has flipped gender standards, so all major armies and the like are staffed with women while men are seen as dainty little things only good for sex. And conveniently, the MC, who is as unmasculine as you can get, is seen as the perfect prize for women.
Is it stupid? Yes. Is there sex? Of course. Is it something you can turn your brain off and enjoy? I dunno, you tell me. I just read the manga and thought it looked fun.

The publisher name is “Ichijinsha”
It appears to be a standalone LN since there’s no volume number, but it would be a preview for the WN because there’s nothing in it for the publisher to advertise something free (on top of which, Kakuyomu is owned by rival publisher Kadokawa). There manga is in Comic Rex, also from Ichijinsha.
