Possible refund of purchased books

I've emailed support and contact about this a few times with no response but so I'm gonna just try on here and see but I'm trying to see if there is a way to get a refund on books I'm perfectly fine with getting credits back there just some books I've purchased else where so was just wondering if there was a option for it

Our ebooks are not locked to any program or reader once you download them, so in the majority of cases we do not allow refunds since the customer could have archived the file after downloading it. If you already emailed support, they will need to look into your account more carefully, and we are also a very small team here, so you might not get an immediate reply.

@myskaros ok thank you i just wasnt sure since i hadn't receive anything i had a feeling that wasnt that case push come to shove ill just delete them from my library since i dont need them on here anymore
