Books about easy money / greed

I noticed there are some books that are all about easy money.
There's the story of Mukohda and Fel, the Fenrir (Campfire cooking in another world). Life's so easy for them. He can basically sell 1 monster and is set for life. The funny thing is, that all that money actually becomes a problem for him because he only wants to live a simple life.
D-Genesis is one that steals the crown, though. The desire for easy money just drips down the pages and... the author made it super-easy, too! Just go to level 1 of a dungeon, do a little half-hearted fighting, and you're set for life! I mean... really... a whole book about this. I think greed drips down the pages... it's all about selling items for super-high prices! At the end I thought: that author is greedy! Or maybe he (or she) is poor and dreaming every day of a super-easy life. I don't know. The book was different, and all about money, money, and more money! It was funny in its own way!

D-Genesis specifically is just chock full of the authors resentment of the Japanese working culture (and he has reason to resent it).

That's my sense. Not greed or desperation, not wanting to life the super-rich life. The author just wishes they never had to think about money ever again.
