Is it possible to get licensing rights to Isekai Yakkyoku?

I really would like to see J-Novel Club pick up licensing rights to the the light novel and manga. Preferablely the light novel. This is really popular and I think it will sell well. Isekai Yakkyoku just got an anime this season and is being aired on crunchyroll. I think this would be a perfect chance for J-Novel Club to snipe a potential cash cow.

It's very unique. IT's about pharmacist that died and reincarnated in another world to build a pharmacy. It uses real science too.

It looks like there must be something behind the scenes that make this particular title complicated though. Normally given there was an anime announced way back and is now broadcasting you would normally think someone would have picked up at least the manga by now, but no one has touched anything regarding this particular title.
