        Looks like it will cover the first three volumes?

          So we are all in agreement during all forest fights it will just be a black screen.

          Between Goblin slaughter and the Alien re-enactment in v3 they should just do it as a drama CD to save on animation costs...

          Sorry but J-Novel Club does not publicly comment on any potential licensing decision or acquisitions.

            @Village-Idiot Considering that Frau is on the image, it will cover 3 volumes for sure. Depending on the content of volume 4 it might cover that too. They usually turn a volume into 3 episodes, if a long arc starts in volume 4 they might avoid it though. It also depends on how many episodes they're gonna make though.

            @Rahul-Balaggan lol

              Unexpected, this is, but very pleasing. I'm thinking next year sometime?

                @paul-nebeling I believe IsekaiMaou was announced in January and premieres in a couple months, so there's a slim chance this could make it for fall, but I would most likely guess winter 2019 at the earliest, yeah.

                  @paul-nebeling The news linked in volume 2 discussion mentions October 2018:

                  A TV anime adaptation of the action-fantasy light novel “Nidome no Jinsei wo Isekai de” has been announced for October 2018.

                  No idea if that date is correct though.

                    @terabyte From what I could follow, the date was leaked on Twitter, but that tweet is now deleted. Could mean it really is the correct date, or could mean that it was the date before but currently it might get changed.

                      @myskaros Oh, I wasn't aware of the tweet. Thanks for the info.

                      They have also just posted a new image 11 mins ago in a tweet:

                        @myskaros Oh, I think I found the tweet you mentioned. It is not deleted and it was posted by the LN illustrator: https://twitter.com/kabotya4/status/998748976684744704

                          Nice they’re using J-Novel’s English title, even in the Japanese key visuals.

                            @terabyte Nah, there was a different tweet that was deleted, but looks like now the official website is up that confirms October for its air date. Less exciting news is that Seven Arcs is in charge :/ They were really good back in the day, but their more recent resume is less great. Chief among my complaints was the Trinity Seven anime, which I felt did not do justice to the manga.

                              Fuck yes!!! We're getting best girl Frau animated!!!! Yes, that would have been my main concern if it ever got an animation.

                                  At least we have Motonaga Keitarou as director. His output is often decent even with the mediocre animation.
