Not sure what you're wanting to know exactly since the manga is ongoing, but the latest chapter of the manga (36) out in Japan corresponds to roughly chapter 72 of the WN (not sure what that corresponds to for the LN). The WN also stalled out at chapter 95 and I hear the LN is also stalled only slightly passed where the WN updates stopped.
