As the Title already says, i have not received a Digest since 15.5.22 (d/m/y) even though in the settings it is set to "Weekly" and have not changed any other settings since then, did the updates to the forum maybe change something?

PS: i have also checked my "Spam".

@hasezoey There seems to be some sort of email problem with the forums, was first reported in the maintenance topic for general notification settings, but must be affecting all email notifications. I wonder if the forum upgrade knocked out the smtp settings or something.

Yep, email notifications stopped going out after the upgrade. So far they haven't resolved it. I hoped they'd fix it a bit faster since it's been 2 weeks and counting, but it looks like it isn't an easy thing to track down. 🙄

Just a reminder that we don't have a lot of people on staff, and we're still trying to get other tech-related work done like transaction history, additional payment types, and general website improvements on top of continuing to work on migrating our data infrastructure away from the old system. Frankly, we won't really have bandwidth to do a deep dive into forum issues for a few months at the earliest.

Whoever said nothing's impossible never tried slamming a revolving door.
