Issues reading manga on iphone - error 9500 + too many redirects causes the tab to crash

I have issues using the browser version on iphone, which makes it difficulty to use the manga reader:

iPhone 8, OS 13.2.3, safari
Loading a chapter midway causes Error 9500, too many arguments https://ibb.co/d2Mwhrh

iPhone 12, OS 15.3 safari, brave, and chrome
Cannot load the manga viewer in any of the browsers above (tried both incognito and a regular session). The browser keeps redirecting too many times then fails to load

Is there any way to figure out how to resolve these issues? I really tried my best to figure it out but it’s a super frustrating experience 😭
