Additional information would be needed to track something down like this.

What browser are you using (including version)? What operating system? What are you trying to do when the error occurs?

      "But the blueprints..."

Second what @SomeOldGuy said - I've been trying to track down that issue with other users as well and more details would be greatly appreciated as I have not been able to reproduce it

@chocolatkey I've been running into this issue as well, as of today. Forums work, but not the website. I'm using an ancient iPad Air as basically an e-reader, running iOS 12.5.5. “An unexpected error has occurred” shows up on every page of the main site I've tried on said device, in Safari as well as Chrome (which I downloaded just to test here). I usually see just a flash of the page I'm trying to reach before it's replaced with a pure white tab with those words fully left-justified around the middle of the screen. The tab name also becomes ": An unexpected error has occurred", with an odd colon.

Everything works fine on my desktop, as well as on an iPhone that is actually up-to-date with iOS.

There was stuff similar to this in the App topic recently, and to me at least it looked like iOS 12 isn't robust enough to handle the new website anymore, and iOS 13 was questionable.

There wasn't enough info from the various folks to tell if the amount of RAM had an impact separate from the iOS level.
Anyway, taking a glance at the App topic should let you see if it's the same kind of problem...

I've seen this for some time. It is good if this will be finally sorted out.

I can't access the site on my mac, and it took me forever to find this topic acknowledging the problem! I'm glad to learn it will be fixed. How much longer must I wait?

I believe it was the same error. I cannot share screenshots, as the problem has been fixed. Thank you everybody!

The problem was fixed a few days ago with the latest site update. I will close this topic
