I've sent email to support team but I will also post here hoping whichever ones that can help me first.

So my Rokujouma package that I back is being held at the custom. They say that something on the document didn't match up. About the price on airmail being $12 or $0.12. I just hope to get an invoice so that it can proceed more smoothly.
