What Time Zone does JNC operate in

Its already past 1pm (CST) on May 1st where I'm at, I was just wondering what time zone JNC operates in with regard to the Monthly catchup releases. I'm still seeing the April catchup on the site. That way I can better anticipate just when I can read something new every month.
Thanks in advance for any insight into the schedule. -
They posted a few days ago that they'll be changing the catchups on May 3rd, because they don't do it on the weekend.

Based on that, if you're looking for a general schedule, it sounds like "first non-holiday weekday of the month"
