Is Otherside Picnic dead?

Been looking forward to volume 5, but it doesn't seem to be on the calendar. Volume 5 has been published in Japan (December 17, 2020): https://www.amazon.co.jp/-/en/宮澤-伊織-ebook/dp/B08QCY6C74.
Has JNC stopped the translation? If not, when is it expected to come out? Since there aren't any parts at the moment, I'm assuming August 2021 at the earliest.
